CIMPA School: Enumerative Combinatorics with Applications to Computer Science
Stellenbosch University, South Africa
6 – 17 January 2025
Apply: https://application.cimpa.info/
Deadline: 15 September 2024
We invite interested postgraduate students and early career researchers to apply to our summer school. The school aims to familiarise attendees with the field of enumerative and analytic combinatorics, and to show its many connections to other areas, especially computer science. The school will consist of 8 mini-courses, with practical components in python-based SageMath.
Participants from developing countries will be provided with free board and lodging for the duration of the school, and we can provide financial support for travel to a limited number of participants from developing countries. More information about the school can be found at https://math.sun.ac.za/cimpa/. We would like to strongly encourage candidates from underrepresented groups in mathematics to apply.
Please contact Sarah Selkirk (sarah.selkirk@warwick.ac.uk) for enquiries.
