The Department of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics of the University of Cape Town are offering Shuttleworth Postgraduate Scholarships (MSc & PhD levels only) to highly motivated black South African students, who aspire to become academics. The Shuttleworth Postgraduate Scholarship aims at training the next generation of black South African pure and applied mathematicians by providing a unique learning programme at one of the leading Centres of Mathematics in Africa.
