In preparation for this year’s AGM meeting at the 69th annual SAMS Congress scheduled to take place at the University of the Witwatersrand in December 2026, the current SAMS Council is requesting nominations for three positions that are presently filled in an interim capacity. Specifically, these include the important portfolios of the General Secretary, Financial Manager, and Liaison, currently held by Dr. Madelein Thiersen, Dr. Andrew Craig, and Dr. Chevarra Hansraj, respectively.
